Plant-based fabrics sourced from waste of lemon, corn, yew trees, among others, offer protection against rashes, irritation, and infection. These natural, antibacterial fabrics effectively inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, thus safeguarding the equilibrium of vaginal pH values. Additionally, make sure to change your underwear daily to maintain hygiene.

2. Gentle cleansing: Avoid harsh soaps, chemical-based washes or fragrances that might disrupt the natural balance of your intimate area.

3. Pat, don’t rub: After washing, pat the area dry with a soft, clean towel. Avoid vigorous rubbing, as this can irritate sensitive skin.

4. Opt for breathable clothing: A lot of problems including infections, moisture buildup, darkening of intimate areas occurs due to lack of proper ventilation. Allow your intimate area to breathe by wearing breathable clothing, especially when sleeping. This helps in preventing moisture build-up, reduces the risk of infections.

5. Menstrual hygiene: Change your sanitary products regularly during your period. This helps to prevent bacterial overgrowth and keeps you feeling fresh.

6. Stay hydrated: Drinking plenty of water is not only good for your overall health but also contributes to maintaining hydration in your intimate area.

8. Practice safe sex: If sexually active, practice safe sex to protect yourself from STD’s. Communicate openly with your partner about sexual health.
