After the ‘big guest reveal’ a few weeks ago, Karan Johar has dropped another promo of Koffee with Karan season 8. In the latest promo, Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan, Rani Mukerji and Kajol, Janhvi Kapoor, Ajay Devgn and Vicky Kaushal among others were seen making an appearance.
In the promo, Kajol hilariously says and imitates Karan, “I am doing Koffee with Karan, please come on my show.” At another moment, Karan asks Sidharth, “One thing Varun has, that you don’t?” Sidharth immediately replies and says, “A big a**.” Vicky Kaushal, who will reportedly grace the show with Kiara Advani, says he has come to the show for ‘shuddhi’. He tells Karan, “Hum Karan yahan shuddhi karne aye hai.” (We have come here for purification) Varun also says on the show, “Arre Dharma ka hero hai, bohot nazuk hai.”

Sharing the small video, Karan wrote in the caption, “There’s a lot more brewing…but are you ready for this ‘koffee’ to be spilled?” Fans on the internet was excited to see their favourite ‘students’ Varun and Sidharth together. One of the fans wrote, “Waiting for Varun, Vicky and Rani Mukherjee the most.” Another said, “Ok as demanded , Sid and Varun are coming together after SOTY time.”
Karan took to Instagram live and interacted with his fans on Friday. The filmmaker revealed that his next guest was Vicky Kaushal, but did not mention the person who will accompany Vicky.
Talking about Varun and Sidharth, he said, “Everyone is saying Varun and Sid. Do you know if Varun and Sid were to come on Koffee’s couch, y’all haven’t seen them in an interview together in 11 years. So it might be fun to watch them. If at all that rumor is true that you guys are spreading.” (Sic)
